Let us tell you how this day started.

History of Teacher's Day

It is said that the 'Teaching in Freedom' treaty was made in the year 1966 to solve all the problems of teachers, their rights and responsibilities, etc. In this, an agreement was passed to improve the condition of the teachers of the world and to make them aware. In 1994, 100 countries were included in the agreement by UNICEF, and many laws were made for teachers. This year, UNESCO recognized 5 October as World Teachers' Day. Since the Teaching in Freedom Treaty was signed on 5 October 1966, 5 October was chosen to celebrate Teachers' Day. World Teachers Day is celebrated every year on 5 October since 1994.
